the first few times I heard it I wasn’t impressed. I wasn’t particularly keen. But we popped it on a few more times and slowly slowly the picture started to unravel. It started to make sense. This is an album with longevity. Its starts slow and goes the distance if not further. I wouldn’t even bother listening to the snippets, you just can’t get the big picture with those things.
Got my hands on it yesterday.
All I have to say is:All wannabe trance producers get this album and maybe u can learn a bit about how music is going to be made in the future.
Frank E has come from the year 3000 just like terminator!!!
Thank u Koxbox.I love u guys….. :D :D :D :D :D
This album does not dissapoint in the least. the short samples truely do not do it justice. with Forever After, Dragon Tales, The Great Unknown, and now this, i think it can be pretty well established that Koxbox is one of, if not the greatest psy-trance act of all time.

You forgot their brilliant singles! Stratosfear, Too Pure, Life Is…... and the Psychopod Headlines EP (and never forget the power of the original Dreampod!)... I just ordered this CD 2 days back… so am anxiously awaiting it. Frank’e will always have my respect… he played such a demented set in Tokyo one year, that a Japanese trance-hippie girl was actually crouched down on the floor, covering her head, with a look of fear in her eyes. Anybody who can produce that sort of experience from sound deserves respect
This is the strongest goa I have heard in years. It has that exact feel… very angular, squarish visuals, extremely innovative musical techniques. It pushes you into the floor… overwhelms you with its power, You might think you know what’s coming… but Frank’e slaps you in the face with a sound and pattern you couldn’t see coming even on 100 mg of pure DMT.
On a scale of 1 to 10…. this one goes to 11!
p.s. Buffer Overflow = complete mindfuck!
I really cannot give enough praise… there is no foreplay, it finds your mind’s g-spot and just keeps pounding it! Total masterpiece.

CAREFUL! that could be seen as heresy and treason on this forum!!!

I agree. Psyshop has a habit putting out the worst samples for selling albums. If I didn’t know better I wouldn’t buy this album on based on the sample clips. They don’t really give any clues to, quote “The tracks are unique, groovy and lovingly crafted with some mesmerizing fine detail.’ From the samples you don’t get that impression. It’s like a track 2 really good mates of mine(Tarezen) had released, Psyshop put out a clip which doesn’t do that track justice. I know it’s a cool track,
This CD landed on my doorstep on Sat. 23rd Sept and it’s been played nearly every day since. Thanks guys, it’s a real beauty. Top marks! Can’t wait for the Twisted party.
I’ve gotta agree. I’ve spun it through about 5 times now and each listen keeps getting better. Intense music with some pretty original sounds. Not your typical white bread loaf, this is 12 grain which chopped up bits of jalepe
