see: WALTER EGO.  simon’s clever dub moniker.  now if we all get together and ask simon nicely maybe he’ll put out another track.  the only two tracks i know of are dubstuff and purple pygmies.

Dub stuff is a great track, the eclipse album is timeless…..

The thing me and my friends had discussed once was a shpongle - ott album.
And I m not talking about remixes.New stuff..
It would be cool but i can;t see it happening.
All of us who at least once tried to do something music related know that its very difficult to to colaborate with everyone because of millions of reasons. Even if this is your job…
Anyway i ‘d be glad to see it happening!

Yeah, A 5.1 album of Shpongle Dub would be Wicked!! I don’t get to hear enough releases that pub subbies through their paces, and I’d love to hear the soundscape of Shpongle stretched around the head, instead of just left to right.  It’s probably rediculously hard to get sounding clean but it would be special, it’s probably harder to get it clean in Dub as well. I think It’d be interesting none the less.  Anyway, here’s hopin’...

I think it’d be cool for Simon to do a dub set on New Year’s during his setbreak set but I’m sure he already has his mindset on how he wants to take advantage of the quadrophenic sound.  Bring out the BEAST.

dont want to sound controversial. but personally i think shpongle in dub is a bad idea, i think we should just leave the shpongle albums exactly as they are,  true masterpiece’s of music. shpongle already has a big dub element to it, with nice rumbly bass and i can’t really see how ott could tackle this without losing some of the shpongle magic. example - the shpongle remix album does have some good parts to it but it isn’t a patch on the original albums.

younger brother in dub though. now there is an idea. imagine if simon, benji and ott got together and came up with a dub album…..
