I put an order for a custom twisted t-shirt and a Hallucinogen hood on Oct 22nd. I havent seen any updates on my order status since that day. I’ve tried to contact the store owner via http://www.twistedrecords.co.uk/shop/catalog/contact_us.php but I, haven’t heard anything. I’ve done that three times now, so now Im thinking my money just got wasted :shock:

Has anyone else had problems with the Twisted shop?

Thats odd. I recently ordered a custom Twisted T-shirt and it got to me (West Coast, USA) in less than 2 weeks of my having placed the order… in fact more like a week! And they threw in a couple of stickers free!

I had a similar problem last year….I ordered 2 vinyls in March and never heard anything back.  Around July I checked my credit card statement and noticed that I’d still been charged.  I went through whatever third party was responsible for the online payment (this was before Twisted V3) and although I never heard a word from Twisted, my vinyls arrived a few weeks later with complimentary copies of Nothing Lasts and Beija Flor vinyls to boot!  So it’s probably an honest mistake…be persistent in contacting them and I’m sure they’ll resolve it.

I got my stuff today so now it’s fine. Odd they dont update order status nor answer when you contact them.
