hello…just to say my 2nd prometheus album called “corridor of mirrors’ is finally ready after a few delays and diversions. sorry about the wait hope you all agree it was worth it.
I’m so happy its out! I guess I’m a bit cheap, but wondered when it will be available at other sites—I want to buy several CDs, some of which aren’t on the twisted label, from someplace like saikosounds (all at once to save shipping etc)....
I’ve been listening to this all weekend and it is stonking! I was so happy when I got home on Friday to find this album had fallen through the letter box. I’d had an awful week (well it was after New Year) and listening to this really lifted me out of my Januray blues.
Highly highly highly recommended. It feels to me a bit like a hybrid of prometheus and younger brother, not as dark as Robot.O.Chan but not as fluffy as younger brother.
There are some great bass-lines throughout that drive the songs on and a couple of the changes really get the momento going.
Everytime I listen to the CD it takes me back to some of the Prometheus gigs last year - the Twisted parties, Glade etc and I keep thinking “Oh I remember this bit!”
Mine dropped on Friday, gave it a listen but didn’t get a good second listen till today (Mon). Really like this album, Benji’s Prometheus style has developed and it’s always very intelligently done and he has a very unique vibe which sets him apart from other artists.
The last track Cheery Pie is just brilliant, highly recommended and a fab start to the year. Looking forward to YB now :D
If Twisted records didnt exist I would have stopped listening 2 psytrance many years ago…
Benji I dont have words(again) 2 describe how much I like this album.It was definately worth the wait.I just hope the cd wont melt from the continious playbacks :D
